I want to upgrade my RAM and cannot see how to remove the CD Drive so I can get to the last screw to remove laptop back in order to get to the correct area for RAM. All the rest of screws are out but cannot get to the one behind the CD Drive.

Hi, I need help.
Good day. I would like to raise my concern about the laptop of my Customer, the customer stated that her laptop can't go to the setting, when she tried to enter setting it promt a "warning please install a default driver". And her wifi and bluetooth are in malfunction state, her unit is under warranty, actually the unit is in 3days from the date of purchased. Please help me fir my concern regarding this matter. Aspire E15 won't let me open boot menu
I just got the laptop today and was trying to install Ubuntu by booting from stick. I disabled fast boot and tried to press F12 while starting the laptop, it still brings me straight to Windows after showing the acer logo. F2 doesn't even open BIOS. I'd appreciate if anyone could help.

Is there anyway I can upgrade the RAM or disassemble the laptop without damaging the sticker?
I've had a lot of issues with Acer lately. First I had issues withit randomly losing power. Then I had to travel two hours twice just to get them to replace it. Anyhow, My concern today is about upgrading the RAM. 4gb of RAM is just not enough for me so I'm planning on installing another 8gb ram on it. I'm technically inclined.
I know there's a way but I don't have the tool to get this removed. However, If I can open(at least half opened, if you know what I mean) the cover just enough to be able to install this memory, that would be great. I feel like acer really placed that sticker there to charge consumers for the RAM upgrade(Labor and parts). Can anyone help?

HELP Integrated graphics Aspire E5 - 575 - 33BM
I bought this computer to run low spec games, specificlly league of legends, a game i should be able to max out. I sometimes it runs medicore, but suffers random heavy frame rate drops. I also had issues only running hollow knight where a consistent 20 fps where it should be able to reach 60 easily. Laptop just arrived 2 weeks ago- new, from acer site. What do i do?

E5 774G Mouse cursor freezes
When under a heavy load--multiple windows and software open, streaming video, high graphics, etc.--the cursor will sometimes freeze. It remains unresponsive, although the keyboard is responsive.
The relevant drivers are up to date.
Any ideas about to unfreeze it, or prevent it from happening?

Problem with charging E1-571G
Hi all.My laptop does a weird thing this past few days....While the power is plugged in,it will charge to 100%,stop charging for a few seconds,then start charging again without me moving the power cord....Any idea whats wrong with my laptop?The charger seems to be ok as it does the same thing with a brand new charger and i got it opened up in a tech store and(at least thats what the tech guy said)the power cable socket seems to be ok.Is there a problem with the circuits on my motherboard?Is my battery at fault?Any ideas guys??

Fn + F3 not working on Ubuntu 16.04
Hi!
I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 on Aspire E1-472G. But I found out Fn + F3 button is not working to turn on/off wireless networks. Searched a lot on google, ubuntu forums but couldn't find anything that could help me. What should I do?
