so i was having issues that i can't get into windows and i've tried so many things but it just doesn't work. it alrd happen for a long time like 3-4 month. i was able to use my laptop bcs i disable my nvidia gpu and use my intel hd gpu.
so pls help me. i was suffered for 3-4 month without nvidia gpu and i really want to use it back.

i cant connect my laptop with the internet. When i click on the WiFi icon, it shows 'no connections are available'. When i trobleshoot this problem, i need to plug in the cable of the WiFi, and yes, the WiFi is working with the cable. What can I do so that my laptop could connect with the WiFi wirelessly? it's really hard for me if I brought the laptop to somewhere that I need internet.

My acer aspire E5-473G's camera does not work. When I use Skype the video feature is disabled, when using Acer crystal eye web cam the screen is black but the green light indicator (on the left of the camera lens) lights up; this also happens on "Camera (trusted windows store app)".
it indicates that the camera is ON but all i can see is a black screen.

I have a E5-571-55FN. and really having a big problem with the Precision Touch Pad.
Now i have read through quite a couple of posts here with issues similar to mine but no real solution to the problem.
My touchpad is working to a degree, but my issue is with the left and right click.
rarely it will work fine - other times not unless you murderously pound the thing to get it to click -
i have uninstalled the driver. used microsoft's - used Elantech's, uninstalled - used Synaptics'.... nothing seems to solve the issue.
weirdly, my wife has the same laptop and her touch pad works fine. been considering "swapping" them around one night while she is sleeping - but her's is red and mine is blue. think she will notice? 
Any solution, guys, would greatly be appreciated.

The page "Recovery using CDs or DVDs" is showing only "Invalid property index: 12 for class MessageBase" text.
It looks like eRecovery pages exist for US and UK customers, but both sites cannot find my laptop SNID and serial number.
Support in Sweden is something terrible - the only way to contact is by phone with extra payment.
So is there any way to recovery original operating system on this piece of crap laptop?

I tried doing battery reset , but then too it gets stuck after charging till 16%.

I have a new Acer 573G and all is working well but I get terrible performance (low sound) from the headphones even while the sound is maxed. There is no seperate headphone control in the sound options. I see similar posts but nothing recent that is like mine. To make sure it's understood - the headphones work using the single speaker/headphone jack on the right-front side of the computer but no matter what the volume is set to the sound level is very low. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been reading a bit about this error on other threads, but not sure if it applies to my model.
I see my BIOS is really out of date. Will an update fix this problem? How do I go about doing that with the laptop in this state?

I bought some compatible RAM on my Acer Aspire E1-572g but the laptop doesn't launch or recognize them.
I followed carrefully all the instructions and bought :
Crucial 2x8GB DDR3L 1600 SODIMM 1.35v CL11

So I'm only halfway tech savvy and I screwed up. Rather than running a dual boot option, I decided I didnt want Windows anymore and installed Linux Mint 18. All was fine, love it, all the way up until I decided I wanted to install some of my games onto my laptop. Didnt realize how complex trying to install things to Linux are, and its a bit over my head. Anyway, to the problem. I'm trying to reinstall Windows, but keep getting an error message that some drivers are missing. I have found and saved all my chipset and controller drivers to USB drive, loaded them on prompt, but apparently those arent the ones causing the problem. I was thinking maybe my storage controller driver, or the HDD driver itself, but I cant seem to find either of those anywhere, without installing a windows driver update program, which obviously won't work, as I'm running Linux. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
