Need urgent help! Acer F15 f5-573-51LJ shut down and won't start
Hello.
I got a brand new laptop, ACER ASPIRE F15-F5-573-51LJ about a week ago.
Have been using it here in the office till right now... I used it this morning, all normal, then I shut it down to go to lunch... when I got back to the office, I turned it on... it was starting but it suddenly shut down in the login windows page, the monitor quickly blinked a couple times and it all shut down...
It was not plugged in the power supply quen this happened. I had about 80% battery when turned it off this morning.
Now I keep pressing the power button and nothing happens... I plugged in the power supply to see if I get a charging light at least, and nothing, no led light...
What can it be?

Aspire ES1-512
When I turn on my laptop where the wifi symbol should be it shows an Ethernet symbol with a red circle with an x in it. I have deleted my drivers and reinstalled them this did not help. It says code 12 and I need to free resources to run it. Please help.

webcam is not working and unable to reduce brightness of screen as well.
I am using Aspire E1-570. System's webcam is not working and unable to reduce brightness of screen as well. I can see HD webcam in Device Manger uneder Imaging devices. I have not updated BIOS or any drivers because on Acer website there is not driver is showing for my system. Currently I am using Win 7 32 bit and on the website the drivers are only available for Win 8.1 and 8. Please help...

Aspire es1-533 and Linux. I have loaded and can boot Linux but...
When I run dpkg --configure -a the system crashes. As I am unable to install programmes or update without doing the configure I need to find a way around this. Any ideas?

Aspire E5-572G randomly drops WIFI
My laptop will randomly drop its WIFI connection. There seems to be no rhyme or reason, nor is there any pattern that I've been able to detect. It has done this pretty much since it was new. I have gone months without it dropping WIFI, but in the past 2 months, it's been happening with more frequency. Once the WIFI drops, I cannot reconnect. It will not recognize the router. If I put my laptop to sleep and immediately wake it, (basically close my laptop until the light goes out and reopen the lid and hit the spacebar) my WIFI returns and works normally.
I am running Windows 10, but it did this with Windows 8.1. I have all of the current and available drivers installed. I have numerous other devices in the house using WIFI and none of them have this issue. Also, this is the second router that this laptop drops WIFI with. The network card is Qualcomm Atheros AR956X.
Any ideas other than a piece of crap network card?

Acer Aspire F17 F5-771G-54TC: Can't detect Bluetooth Audio device
Hi,
Just got my F17 got back from Service at Acer and it included a clean install.
Problem is I now can't detect my Bluetooth Audio receiver.
I've tried updating all the device drivers, but no luck.
My android devices can see/play to this device without problem, and my laptop can see other bluetooth devices just not this one.
This is particularly annoying as when I first got my laptop I fixed this problem but now I can't find the link or remember how I did it.

Downgrade F5-573G-72HS to Windows 7
Hello,
I bought Aspire F15 series F5-573G-72HS pre installed with Windows 10 64 bit.
I want to downgrade to Windows 7 64 bit ultimate as many applications which I use do not work in Windows 10 and besides Windows 10 is pathetic. Too slow with 12 gb ram and 4 gb Vram
Can anyone please provide with steps for installation. Also what changes required in bios for installing windows 7.

Acer laptop E5 aspire
Dear Sir,
I bought an acer laptop at July 2016 from Best buy heartland Canada. (attached the receipt) Unfortunately the screen breakdown 4 month ago due to manufacture error
I contacted acer helpdesk who direct me to your distributer at Egypt Mantrac. I approached the distributer several times at office and via phone since Feb 2017 and they check the device and decide to change the screen free of charges as the laptop still at the warranty. They ask for some documents which I support but unfortunately, I miss the original receipt.
It took me 3 months to get receipt copy right now but your distributer isn’t reachable (email, phone, mobile) I checked your web site to confirm the following contact details:

Again, this address is out dated and I need to contact the distributer to fix my mobile rather than starting the whole process again.
Acer laptop is a very good one but I faced a very poor customer experience that I can’t imagine one of the top electronic brands worldwide are showing to their loyal customers.

Aspire 4736Z won't start
