I have the Acer ES15 which has a battery that can not be removed. How can I force a restart when the computer freeses? Normally I would take out the battery but can not do that with this model.

Hello,
I've been dealing with this issue for a while now and I've tried everything I can to try and fix it. I've decided that it's time I finally ask for assistance.
I purchased this laptop sometime between June - September 2015.
I'm not sure when it started but I recall not long after getting the laptop a few things were not working.
(Before getting into them, keep in mind that windows 10 was new and I installed it first thing once I powered on the laptop and set everything up if that helps)
The first problem possibly related to the issue, I have never been able to log into my account in the photos app. I have put in my information and the loading just quit, or the pop up just said 'Just a moment' and never loaded. I could still use the app so I wasn't too bothered.
Also, the windows store does not work properly. It worked for a while, but eventually would not. This was the first thing that made me think there was really an issue. I cannot change or log back into my account, cannot update applications so they no longer work, and I cannot download any new apps. Often the store doesn't even load. I have used the whole resetws.exe thing and it still doesn't work.
Not long after this happened, the mail application stopped working. The option to fix the issue was there, yet it didn't work when I tried and still won't.
So while these are small problems, they must be related and I feel I should include them just in case.

Here is the big issue:
Even though I am connected to the internet, and the connection is usually very fast, some applications say that I need to connect to the internet, as if I am not already connected.
I first noticed this on Christmas day, 2015, just months after buying the laptop. I received photoshop elements 14 for Christmas and tried installing it, filled out everything correctly, but after submitting the serial number required to activate the account, a pop up said that I was not connected to the internet. I have even directly connected my laptop to the router and it has not worked. I have tried many times after this and have run troubleshooting scans. Nothing has since helped.
This happened again while using a Wacom bamboo pad. Installing the system installs a 'dock', which is basically just a collection of mini free applications. Some of which require internet connection. When I try to use it, a pop up tells me to connect to the internet, though I am, and this never happened when I used it on my old laptop.
This has happened many times since.
The internet works on Chrome and iTunes, etc, but applications don't really work and neither does downloading them.
I feel I should also point out that I tried to restore the laptop back to before using windows 10 but even resetting it that way will not complete. (it stops and says there has been an error)
Is there a way I can fix this? Or does anyone simply know what caused this? I can answer any questions needed, I really want this to be fixed.

warranty on international purchase
I want to buy a couple of Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BMs. But they are out of stock or not sold in Australia, it appears I need to buy them from the US Amazon site. If I get them shipped from the US, will they need to go back to the US for servicing or replacement if anything goes wrong?
Better yet can anyone point me to an Aussie seller?

Speaker doesn't work with Realtek Drivers on Aspire E5-575 59FD
I have a problem with my audio output device. When I update audio driver with realtek only headphones work but speaker doesn't. But if I switch it to default microsoft hd definition audio driver, both work but volume is low and some features like enhancement are missing. I tried updating latest realtek drivers and downgrading drivers with old realtek ones. After that everything works fine but after reboot same problem persists. Please help.

UEFI locked on my Acer Aspire E5-511g
I have Acer Aspire E5-511g.
There were 2 OS on my laptop - Ubuntu 17.04 and Windows 10. After ubuntu update my notebook stops booting.
Why I think troubles are in UEFI?
- USB and DVD drives are not more recognized
- I can't change UEFI settings (I pressed F2 during POST, then changed, for example, boot orded, pressed F10 to save and Enter to confirm.After reboot bootorder ramains unchanged. Same troubles with all other settings except time and date. They changed fine.)
Is there a solution and what can I do to unlock UEFI?

Acer Aspire ES 13 reset
I have an Acer Aspire ES 13 notebook running Windows 10 that i am trying to reset.
First I tried to reset through the acer care center recovery management, however it says could not find the recovery environment, insert your windows installation or recovery media. When i try creating a recovery drive through control panel it says we can't create a recovery drive on this PC, Some required files are missing. I downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool to create installation media on a USB but it wont let me do that because it needs 8GB and there isnt enough disk space on C: As its a notebook and only has 32gb i dont know what to remove - I have no videos, music, pictures, documents or installed programs on it.
So I used another PC to create installation media and booted the laptop with the USB to install windows but im running into the same problem that the partition needs more free space. Is there any programs I should look to uninstall to free the space or is there another way to reset the laptop?

Acer aspire E 15 780p gets dark screen when turned on
Last evening when I turned it on the screen started blinking and after a few minutes it got completely dark...I recently had troubles only about blinking, I thought that the fault was in the connection of the monitor and so I tried to unplug and then plugin again the monitor cable, the trouble seemed to be solved, but a week later it came back again and worst then before.
Did anyone had a similar problem?

Problem with laptop
Hi Folks.
Good day to everyone!
I would like to ask for some advise regarding Hard disk replacement for the Acer Aspire series. All of a sudden, the laptop fails to start up (as in it starts up but switches off immediately). People at a supposed service center here in Manila, The Philippines informed us that the Hard Disk needs to be replaced. I was quite surprised with the quoted prices.
So, I'm wondering if anyone out here would be able to provide some valuable insights into the cost of a hard disk by itself and a normal service cost for such a replacement please?

Hi Everyone in the Community,
Does anyone know of a trustworthy Acer service center in the Philippines? The problem here is that there are a lot of "Acer Service centers". However, when you get there, you realize that they meant to say that "they service Acers laptops as well". Obviously with that comes suspiciously high prices and suspect quality of service delivery.

Aspire E 14 random log offs and shut down
Hello all,
My Aspire E 14, which I only got a few months ago, has this weird habit of logging off briefly (usually when I'm typing or online). That was not much of an issue to be honest, till tonight when all of a sudden the computer shut itself down improperly while on battery power. I had to plug the computer in to get it started again, only to find the battery still at 80%. Any help so I can make sure this doesn't happen again? Thank you

Aspire E 15 Intel graphics 5500 new driver
Good Morning From South Africa,
I have a ACER Aspire E 15 Laptop and i am finding it quite difficult to find the new drivers for the gpu and when i do find it i have to uninstall the driver i have to install it. (I have not done that)
I would like a guide to install the driver if someone knows how to do that without harming my pc.

Intel HD Graphics 5500 (Integrated)
