Hello all. I recently needed to reset my pc from a usb. I had to creat a usb from a friend pc. Once I was able to get my system back up windows shows my pc as my friends model and not mine. Also when trying to access files from Acer portal it reregistered my pc with my frinds pc model. I changed the name back to the original name but acer portal still only shows my friends system and not my original. How can i restore my original system? I have did a reset to factory setting (keep my files option). but no change to my original system. I havwe posted a screen shot of the issues I have. If you look at the acer portal that is the pc I Have. Also if you look at the about it has a different type of pc with the specs of mine. It is because of this I cant get to my files on the abApps. please help. Thank you in advance!
