I have a M5-583P that freezes everytime after the initial boot screen. It won't let me enter in the recovery screen either. I can enter the Bios and the boot menu, however everytime the computer freezes after the intial boot up screen. The screen is black, but the backlight is on. I had previously made a recovery usb and that doesn't work either. Is there anything I can do at this point or is the computer dead. I have had the computer for 2 years and never had a problem until this issue.
