Four months ago I bought eRecovery discs from Acer. I was sent 3 recovery discs and 1 system disc. The computer would not recognize the recovery discs. I set this project aside and continued to use my older Lenovo Z61 with Windows 7 (now Windows 10). I recently went back to this project and found that if I put the system disc in first and then the recovery I could get the computer to start the recovery process. After it read the 3 recovery discs it wanted a language disc, I never received a language disc from Acer and today they tell me it's been too long (4 months) to correct their omission, I must order a new set of eRecovery discs. So much for Acer support. 4 months ago I tried using Acer's third party 'Answers" and was charged for worthless answers. I was not aware that I was missing a language until my Aspire asked for one.
