I have a problem. I have an ACER Aspire E 15 computer (new). Upon a restart it is caught in a perpetual loop. The message on the screen is and has been for the last hour “Getting Windows ready Don’t cut off your computer” I tried to cut off all power but since the battery cannot be removed, that was impossible. Is there any combinations of keystrokes which will give me back control or do I have to wait for the battery to drain all the way? Please help…………Randall Parks
