hello..i have es1-531....how do I disable the pinch zoom...thanks

I would love to disable the pinch zoom on my ES1-531..i zooms to 300%..or reduces so small you can read..all done by using my touchpad......i tried to follow the explanations..i dont seem to find the settings to disable...thanks
