I recgonise that when ı tryed to install windows 10. They didn't give us a code. How can ı get one? . İt says ıt's behind the laptop box. but when ı got the laptop first time, ı took all the the things in the box then ı throw the box!

I have upgraded to Windows 10 from Widows 8.1 (pre-installed) , on my "ACER Aspire E1 472P- 6491" laptop by taking advantage of the free upgrade offer and successfully activated Windows 10 . I do not have a Windows (8.1 or 10) product key , as the Windows was pre-loaded on the laptop .
Now I want to make a " Windows10 Recovery Drive ", which can be used later to boot/re-instal Windows10 in case my Laptop fails to boot or to reset/troubleshoot any problems on Windows10 .
Using the APP "Acer Recovery Management", I tried to Create Factory Default Backup .
I selected (check the box) "Backup System Files to the Recovery Drive" . Then I connected a 16GB USB flash drive , but it does not proceed further .
When I did not check the box , then it proceeded further and created a Recovery Drive , but it contained System Files only ( 406 MB ) . I do not think , it will work to boot/re-instal Windows10 in case my Laptop fails to boot .
I want to know how to make Windows10 Recovery USB Media/Drive ( Create Factory Default Backup ) using Acer Recovery Management or otherwise . Thanks

Problem with audio jack
I have noticed that by using headphones connected to the audio jack, I can hear only from the one side. This is only happening during the last days, I have tested several headphones and the problem remains in both Windows and ubuntu linux, so unfontunately its a hardware/audio jack problem. Any ideas on how this problem appeared? How to solve it? It's an Acer Aspire E5-571-39B5, which I bought on July 2015.
I will not try to open the case and see if any audio cables have been disconnected, as I still have about 8 months of warantee, which will be the last resort in the case I can't fix this.

how to fix an erratic touchscreen
When work on computer typing or doing anything, screen just jumps to anything it wants to. I have to go back to start to get rid of it. It will do it frequently.

Acer Aspire E-15 : E5-573-546D Urgent questions about noise
Hello
I got my acer today and after 8 hours of having it, all of a sudden the fan starts making a lot of noise. It is a constant buzzing sound now, I tried turning it off and waiting a bit, but the noise seems permanent.
These are my questions
1. If you have an E-15 or simmilar model to mine, is it normal to have your fan always make a constant buzzing noise?
2. Could it be a manufacturing problem?
3. Should I be worried?
If you also have the same model, and you don't experience any noise, please let me know too.

E5-521- 48KN -CA Single Channel Ram?
Im wondering if my Laptop is capable of dual channel ram or not and what the limit is(currently has 4GB Hynx and 2GB Kingston both show as ddr3L1600 at 1.35v , would love to get my hands on a spec sheet for the main board also its an A4 6210 1.8Ghz no boost with R3 graphics is that upgradeable or integrated ? Acer Aspire E5-571 Acer Care Center
Hi. I cannot download Acer Care Center for some reason. I have tried via wired and wireless connectivity with no joy. The AcerCareCenterCheckTool prompts Download failed. Please check your network connection and try again. I have tried run as admin, troubleshoot compatibility to which it fails each time. The only thing that does change is when running the program sometimes it prompts Your model is supported. Do you want to download Acer Care Center? to which I press Yes then downloading... dots keep moving until Download failed. Please check your network connection and try again. appears. Is there a direct link to the actual setup file?
Also just to note. I found W10 run a lot smoother when I previously installed W10 carrying over apps etc. from 8.1. This fresh install if you like, upgrade carrying over nothing has killed boot times which were considerably faster previously. Have I lost any vital software, drivers etc. carrying over nothing then manually installing drivers from Acer supports site?

Aspire E1-522 Ram upgrade
Hi!
I`m about to upgrade my Acer Aspire E1-522 laptop. But when i look at my backside of laptop at the two ram slots one of them is not accessible without taking the whole bottom of. I have two questions. Is it possible to switch the "non accessible" memory, since this is only 2gb in size without laptop failure? It is monuted in an ordinary slot. If not, is it possible to stick an 8gb in the only single visible slot?

Hi. I bought my ACER E5 773 laptop yesterday but cannot transfer files via Bluetooth
I cannot transfer files from other devices, I have pared them and they say connected, but it still doesn't work. The devices say they are working properly. It just says file not sent. I've downloded drivers off the ACER site, still no success. The other devices are both android, a Sony Xperia Z phone and a Samsung TabPro tablet. Please help.

Connecting power cord slows down my internet connection
I have a new Acer Aspire E15 Touch. Every time I connect the power cable to charge the laptop my internet speed drops significantly. This is the first time I bought an Acer and can't believe this 
Is this a typical Acer issue? Any way I can fix this?

Acer laptop broken screen
Hello everyone,
I have a laptop with SN: [edited to comply with guidelines] and screen size of 17.3
recently i have got the screen broken and I have hardtime finding a replacement. the laptop is no longer under warranty, if anyone could point me to a right direction, i would like to buy the screen myself and replace it. But i don't know where to buy and weather any acer screen which has size of 17.3 would fit to my laptop. I appreciate your help.

My son wants to add 8G of ram to his Aspire E15 (E5-571-39S2). Can't find slot info about this make.

Turned on my laptop this morning and went to type my password only to find that the keyboard is not working,

My Acer E15 is stuck in attempting repairs mode
My laptop is only a year old and ran out of warrantly 2 weeks ago. I have had it in for warranty work 3 times and it has been the worst product I have ever purchased. I just received it back about 2 weeks ago, and for 3 days it just says "Attempting Repairs". Any help???

Aspire ES1-512-C35P screen, webcam and optical drive upgrades and addition, is it possible?
Hello all, especially Acer helpers.
1) I'd very much like to replace the LCD panel that came with my Acer Aspire E 15 (ES1-512-C35P) with another panel with higher resolution, ideally 1920x1080.
2) I'm very disappointed with the quality of the webcam, I'm guessing any other model would be an upgrade right?
3) Also, an optical drive would be great, but not a necessity. (DVD would be perfectly fine but Blu-Ray would be better).
I know it's a big shopping list and I could just get another laptop, but I'm actually look forward to making these upgrades myself, now I just need the parts. Thank you kindly for any assistance and information you can provide.
