Ok I read in the forums something about the fact that Windows 8.1 (which is what came on my computer) is not recognized the Media Player. I took the free upgrade to windows 10 and installed. I have tried to load a DVD program for the first time and now discover I am unable to, so I deleted Media Player - but can't remember the free player program that was suggested in the forum I was in which I cannot find now 
HELP!
I just want to install this program and now I have no media player. It wouldn't install previously anyway; there hs to be a solution!!! PLEASE!!!
