Aspire F15 keyboard problem

I have recently purchased an Aspire F15 and have the following problem

The numeric key 2 is supposed to have the @ designation with shift key, however on my laptop it prints "

The Key with designated " with the shift key prints @

Therefore these two keys have crossed funtions. This I could live with BUT,

 the numeric key 3 is supposed to have the hash designation with the shift key however on my laptop this prints £ (the pounds sign) and I have no key that prints the hash symbol.

Please advise a solution for this problem as a computer without possibility to print the hash symbol is no good.
