In December I have bought a notebook acer ES1-411 with win 8.1 updatable to win 10. I have made the updating to win 10 when the icon of Microsoft has appeared. After the installation of win 10 when it download and install the cumulative update (November Update) the notebook is jammed on screens of start with the writing Acer. And I must format the notebook. I have not found any solution. I can stop all the update but is unthinkable that a new pc cannot updated. Then I have forced to reinstall Windows 8.1. I'm very disappointed of this notebook Acer because it is unthinkable that a new product doesn't support this operating system. It was sold me as Windows 10 updatable but it's fake.
Somone can help me? Any suggestions?
