So the cpu of my laptop drastically slows down when it's charging, but only if it's charging and below 80% battery. I have no idea what is causing this problem and I haven't done anything to cause it I don't think. Changing the power plan doesn't help in any way, not changing the processor power management settings, nothing works. Any idea what could have happened? Thanks
