ACER Aspire E 15 Start

I have an ACER Aspire E 15 Start Laptop.Recently appeared a blue screen saying "Your PC needs to be repaired. Error 0xc000000f.

I disabled secure boot in the BIOS plus changed boot sequence to boot from CD/DVD and rebooted but still could not boot.It reads press any key to boot from CD/DVD and i do but then nothing happens.

Any solutions please !!!!
