I dont really know much about computers but have tried to reset the internal battery via the paperclip in the button but nothing. The battery does seem to be charging but I just get this blank screen. To be honset, since day 1 this laptop has had problems and I kept getting the blue screen saying it needed to restart almost every 2 hours. I then refreshed the system but now this. It seemed to happen after I powered it on and saw a message saying that is was updating and then it went blank and is still blank now!
I have tried to connect it via the HDMI to my tv but the tv couldn't detect it!
Any ideas before I send it off? Thanks
