Hi, my name is Timothy and I am new to both Acer and PCs. I have always used Macs - this means that i feel out of my depth with a PC. The two main questions I have are - when I put a USB into the Acer Aspire ES1-S31 series, nothing happens and there is no icon on the desktop to say what to do next. Also, when I put a DVD into the DVD drive, nothing happens. Do I need to download a programme? Any help would be gratefully received. Kind regards, Timothy
