ASPIRE E1-472P-6860 - problem with LAN proxy setting. check marked and disabled. How to uncheck it ?

Recently Acer has installed the system again due to hardware failure. Even through administrative account was created, Proxy server is checked in LAN setting and whole box is disabled. I cant make changes. It is blocking some site. How can I fix it ? Thanks for your help !
