I don't have a problem with this wonderful machine, but a question to ask:
Since I've been learning to use Adobe products, I don't find the color gamut of this HD TN panel unit quite satisfying, so I decided to upgrade it to an IPS FHD.
My question is: does Aspire E15 E5-573G-51U8 uses 1 lane or 2 lane eDP (embedded display port) to connect motherboard with display panel? (having in mind that it is a 30 pin connector, right?)
I need this information because 1 lane supports displays up to 900p (in my case it's a 768p screen), while 2 lane is minimum for 1080p screen which I plan on bying (AU Optronics B156HAN01.2 - Specifications). Basicaly a 1 lane display panel can and will work while attached with 2 lane cable, but 2 lane display panel will not work if hooked on 1 lane cable.
