My laptop shut down while streaming. Tried to turn it back on, chalked it up to battery died, plugged it in and left it. Now I can't get it to turn on, when plugged in the orange light turns on for a few minutes then shuts off. When I pressed power while the orange light is in, the blue light comes on quickly then both lights go out. I have tried the battery reset pinhole, but still nothing. Laptop is less than a year old. Anything else I should be trying? Thanks
