All of a sudden "This PC" Launches at Start-up. (Acer Aspire E15)

I'm a newbie here, my first post. I've had my Acer laptop for a couple years with no problems, love it, but all of a sudden I'm getting an irritating pop-up. "This PC" launches at random times, including start-up. I googled for fixes but nothing has worked. Please help!
