Acer Aspire E1-572g ram

Hi there,

I'm confused.

I bought some compatible RAM on my Acer Aspire E1-572g but the laptop doesn't launch or recognize them.

I followed carrefully all the instructions and bought :

Crucial 2x8GB DDR3L 1600 SODIMM 1.35v CL11
