The details of my laptop are as follows :
ACER ASPIRE E14 E5-411-C3K3
O/S WINDOWS 8.1 SINGLE LANGUAGE with BING
64-BIT
GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER V 59
I have 3 USB ports on the laptop ( 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0 ).Both of the USB 2.0 ports are not working and are not showing up in Device Manager.When I plug a USB Flash Drive in either of them, nothing happens.It has been like this for 1 week.I was using one of the usb ports ( 2.0 ) for optical mouse when suddenly stopped operating.I then thought it was the batteries within the mouse, so I changed, but still nothing.I have downloaded the latest sofware for the drivers and still nothing.Both Google Chrome & Windows are up to date.I am thinking that it might be a hardware issue, but I am not sure.Please help
