My laptop shuts off randomly when I turn it on. It could be 2 seconds after I hit the power button, 10 seconds after while it has the loading computer screen, or 3-4 minutes after while I'm trying to update it. I've tried removing the memory(take one out, try it, put back and take the other out) it still shut down. I've tried starting it with the battery out and charger plugged in. Nothing seems to work.
