This is a new laptop. First time of loading Cortana. Put in microsoft details then asked for old microsoft password. couldnt remember it so clicked it next which is what it asks you to do. in doing so 5 mins later a message comes up with "Oops something went wrong which was our fault" please try again. In doing so the same thing happens.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. THIS IS A BRAND NEW LAPTOP AND SHOULDNT NOT BE HAPPENING!!!!!!!
