I just bought an acer ES 15.6 inch AMD E1 laptop a few days ago.
I have realised using services such as youtube and iplayer are very, very slow.
There is nothing wrong with my internet because all other services connected to it are perfectly fine.
I have Mcafee Anti-Virus installed on here, and sometimes it restricts me from going onto certain pages but still Firefox, Chrome, Internet explorer are quite slow and glitchy- especially when watching videos!
Please let me know what I can do, I have installed updates when I first got the laptop and it said "configuring windows" for ages- but I feel like its the anti-virus blocking certain things so the websites cannot function properly.
Just browsing the internet is fine- what could the slow glitchy feel to a new laptop mean- it is getting really frustrating.
