My Acer Aspire E5-571-5638 laptop will not start. The blue power led lights up and you can hear it running but it just has a dark very dimly flashing screen. When this problem first started it only did it occasionaly and would eventually start on its own after a long period of time. now it will not start at all. I have tried removing battery and unplugging and holding the power button first time for 30 secounds then a minute and then 2 minutes this did not work. I also connected an external monitor to it and the external monitor had the same dark very dimly flashing screen. What should I try now? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
