I just purchased an Acer Aspire E5-575 Laptop (i5 6200 CPU, 2.60GHz, 8Gb RAM. The backlit keyboard switches off in just a few seconds. It switches on after touching any key or toggles with <Fn> <F9>. In complete darkness or in sunlight the backlight behaves the same (no ambient light sensing). How can the keyboard be made to remain backlit?
