Hello, I have an Aspire E15 with a screen that blacks out each time the touchpad or a mouse is used. I have been unable to upgrade or even reinstall the driver from the synaptics site ("Install Fail" with no explanation), and using the automatic Windows driver update tells me the latest driver is installed. Attaching a regular mouse also blacks out the screen. This laptop is relatively new, but is unusable. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
