Hi Guys, I'm new to this Forum and I'm called JonBee. I have a new Aspire Es-15, Windows 10, Trying to access Advace Boot. Two methods listed in Acer Support, But when I go through each method I'm blocked by blue window asking for Enter current password. I've tried my own password but I get fail in window. Can anyone help please.
