i have no way of contacting archer till monday so lets see if someone can help this morning i used my laptop as normal and when i went back later when i took the charger cable out the laptop turned off and whold only turn on when i plugged the charger cable tried diffrent cable same thing also no red light to show its charging and also when i hover the mouse over the battery its says 79 percent avalible not charging any help or advice please i also have 2 questions if i keep it plugged in wil it be ok i whold unplug when i go out or go to bed and the second thing is if i send off to them for repair i noticed they need prouf of purchurse but ive lost it what can i do
