I had to reset my laptop bby purchasing a recovery drive because I had not created a drive, and the reset went fine however through the Restore Process my computer powered down, now I get a message saying "Fail to apply image, error code is: -1" and it never goes past 10%. I can't access the Alt 10 menu either, it brings me to a weird menu
