It appears as if its thermal throttling but the cores are only 45°C
This has happened all of the sudden.
Any fix suggestions?
I flashed the latest bios. Checked all the power settings. No avail.
Note the coretemp shows red(!) but the value is low. My i7 laptop runs fine at 70°C
