I cant get any sound out of my Aspire E5-575G weather it is internal speakers or external headphones

I havent been having this problem for very lon, only a few days but it is kinda annoying, as i said i cant get any sound whatsoever out of it volume is maxed and un muted when i tried to plug headpones in it didnt ork wither please help!
