I bought the laptop yesterday, loaded it up for the first time about an hour ago, downloaded my normal programs through ninite (steam, avg, itunes, vlc, chrome, and a couple of others I can't remember at the moment). I was then watching a video on Youtube when halfway through the audio stopped for no reason.
I checked online and found that restarting might fix the audio problem, so I clicked restart and I've now been stuck on the dots chasing each other above the Restarting text for over 15 minutes.
What the hell is going on? Did I just spend 750euro on a heap of junk?
