For a few weeks I had a problem with programmes not opening when I clicked on them or web pages not responding. So I would restart my laptop and they usually worked again. The last time this happened however, after I entered my pin the system just 'hangs' and the desktop never appears so I can't access my laptop to use it. It's still under warranty but how would I know if it's a warranty issue anyway?
