Hello!
I bought E5-573G 503P and lokked for the latest driver updates. Among them there was a BIOS update which I tryed to install. Well...It failed. it restarted in an environment other than windows and seemed to install new software. but after a reboot (programm initiated it) the only thing on the screen was "No bootable device"
And here we are. I tried to flash the BIOS but failed with beeing able to boot freeDOS from DVD-R, RW, and USB.
I also reset the 3V battery on the mainboard.
I'm happy about any thoughts ( besides that it was stupid, but sometimes you only know that afterwards)
Description:
previously installed Windows 8.1 doesn't load
freeDOS bootable DVD not recognized
no recognition of USB sticks
but the initial Win 8.1 (bootable) DVD is recognized
here I didn't press the "anykey" 
to see what is going to happen
..so I'm taken to a Boot Manager without further options
