I have a problem with my HD4400 driver after trying to download Acer's VGA Intel Driver thinking it was the same driver but with a update, and when I installed the first few times, it failed saying I had software from a manufacturer and could not install. EVEN THOUGH it was from the service website. Then I deleted all of the HD 4400 driver to download it, and restarted. Which failed because it said I had incompatible hardware. So when I went back and updated the list from device manager and updated the built in graphics and HD graphics driver reappeared. Though it is generic, confirmed by the offical Intel Driver Utlility, so I need the one from Acer, but can't seem to find it/get it to work. I do admit it's my own fault for uninstalling in the first place, but nothing was marked "HD Graphics Driver".
Please provide a fix for this. I can't use chat due to out of warranty. Thank you. Also, I thought it was the graphics driver from this: http://community.acer.com/t5/V-and-VN-Series/Need-help-updating-my-Intel-HD-4400-s-graphics-drivers/m-p/377875#U377875
