I Cannot boot from a USB to install linux on Acer e 15 E5-575G-53VG

So i have tested the usb on my other computer and it works, its the laptop.
I installed linux mint on the usb using rufus and partitioned using GPT. Both systems of mine are windows 10.
I fixed the boot priority to have usb HDD first. I also disabled secure boot. Nothing, just goes straight to windows 10. What am i missing?
