My acer E5-575G-53VG screen turns grey and horizontal stripes appear on the screen when bent

My acer E5-575G-53VG screen turns grey and horizontal stripes appear on the screen when I tilt the screen too far to the back (>150 deg) or just lift the laptop when turned on. This happens frequently and I have to either tilt it back and forth or press the connecting hinge to make the display normal.

I bought the laptop just 5 months back. Can anyone tell me why is this happening and how can I get it fixed?

And will the fix come under warranty?
