I cannot transfer files from other devices, I have pared them and they say connected, but it still doesn't work. The devices say they are working properly. It just says file not sent. I've downloded drivers off the ACER site, still no success. The other devices are both android, a Sony Xperia Z phone and a Samsung TabPro tablet. Please help.
