Today I decided to use Acer Recovery Management to reset my machine to a factory default.
I did the normal steps, chosing to delete all my apps and programs, but the shorter version where I will be keeping the PC afterwards.
It got up to about 20% possibly and then it failed saying It Could Not Reset This Machine.
I then got my recovery USB I created when I first purchased the machine and followed the steps on the webpage:

This time it got to about 70% then failed as above.
Please help.
