How to set up AMD Catalyst to default to the best R8 Radeon GPU

I eve an Aspire E5-752G laptop equipped with 2 GPUs, an R6 Radeon on the main borad and an R8M 365DX (2G mem) driven by AMD Catalyst. How do I set up Catalyst to default to the performance GPU.
