Videos online are not HD, slow and the audio breaks up on my brand new Acer Aspire E15 (Model ES1-512-C1PW). The laptop came with Intel HD Graphics. The serial number isn't even found on the Acer website. I am technologically challenged when it comes to hardware issues and so I'm not sure if this is a driver problem or something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
