I keep getting an error popup on a new E5-574G. The error is " display driver for Windows 8(R) stopped responding, and has sucessfully recovered". This laptop is running 64 bit Windows 10 Home. I found a file in the Acer Dowload site, specific to my S/N however, when extracting the file, it does not have a location where it should be copied to, then extracted. his is the file that may be it

when download and exrtract all, it puts it in my downloads file without istalling it in a program file. As shown in the screen shot shows
Sorry for the fuzziness its hard to read the files. But as I mentioned, it extracted the file in the dowloads folder. I'm not even sure if this is the correct file. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My Chat with Acer didn't solve the issue.
