Hi, if anyone could help it is much appreciated. i got this E15 laptop a month ago and i was doing my usual stuff, watching videos from youtube and suddenly my laptop was turned off without any prompt, and this is not the usual shutdown process, it's like you completely removed the power source of the laptop. it couldn't be some power issue because i had the power chord attached to it. when i tried to turn it on, it did not turn on. so what i did was to wait it out for about 30mins and tried to turn it on again which it did turn on again, whew.. is this a normal issue with acer e15? or is this laptop busted?
