I have just bought an Acer E1-432 but even though the drivers and usb itself work i cant connect any mobile phones (blacberry or Samsung). It recognises the device but fails to connect properly fro me to upload any pictures etc. The usb works fine with my printer.. Im using windows 8.1.
Devices and software work perfectly on my old advent windows 7 laptop
Any help would be great..
