Hi so im having a problem where for some reason my USB mouse wont work. In the device manager it says its working properly but my mouse still wont move on the laptop and i have to use a touchpad instead. I tried reseting my laptop hopefully it would refresh and make my USB mouse work again but i still have the same problem again. Does anyone else have this problem and have an idea on how to fix it? I also tried downloading chiptune for this laptop and it still doesn't work.
