Hi Everyone! I have encountered an issue with my ACER Aspire E14 E5-471G-57N5. It is suffering from the dreaded Black Screen of Death. There is no display in the screen, it only shows a black screen. The Power Indicator is lighting in blue. The fan powers up after a couple of seconds. The hard drive indicates that it is being accessed as it generated a weak sound. I have already tested an external monitor to test whether the screen has the issue but to no avail. Cleaned the memory and then tested it again in both memory slots but still to no avail. Could you please help me in flashing the BIOS? I don't know how to flash it using the flash drive. I've already downloaded the BIOS in the ACER website but it is in exe file. I am unable to find a FD File of the said BIOS. Hoping that you would be able to help me in my predicament. Thanks
