Ok so for christmas I bought a new laptop the Aspire E 15 Touch (Aspire E5-574T) and Ever since first boot. It was broken, I mean there is always a pop up that says server busy on startup that doesn't want to go away but this is not the real problem.
The real problem is when ever my acer goes to sleep mode. SLEEP MODE = DEAD
if i press fn + F4 or I press sleep mode, the keyboard stays lit and the fan keeps running but the screen gets closed and its over.
You can't do anything you have to press power button for 10 sec and reload.
now it's been 8months since I bought it and there was recently a new windows 10 update update and I though that would be the ultimate fix. BUt no it's still the same story.
I did try all the solutions already like (power cfg -h off) and none works and I want to use the sleep mode so ACER ... im mad.
Last year I bought an Acer touch
E5-511P-P8BA and I lost it sadly. BUT It WAS WAY BETTER !!! BATTERY WAS LASTING 7HOURS AND I COULD GO TO SLEEP MODE LIKE EVERY TIME NO PROBLEMS! IM SO SAD
What should I do?
